A delicious farm-to-table breakfast to fuel your day.
From November – May our hot breakfast will only be available on weekends and holidays. Mid-week we will offer continental breakfast including local yogurt, homemade granola, apples, hard boiled eggs from our backyard chickens, a seasonal homemade sweet bread, fresh baked bread from the ADK Market, local cheese, jam & our usual coffee/tea bar! Wake up to the delightful aroma of our freshly prepared breakfast. Start your day with meals made from homegrown produce, handpicked from our extensive gardens, with eggs gathered from our very own chickens just a short stroll from the Inn. Combine these ingredients with locally raised meats and cheeses and rest assured that the Bark Eater breakfast offers the highest level of freshness possible. Everything we serve is made from scratch, including our freshly baked muffins and cookies, which are available all day long.
For our early risers, coffee and tea are available at 7am. Our breakfast buffet is set out between 8 AM and 9 AM with a different hot specialty dish served daily. Our breakfast entree changes with the seasons and features the best ingredients each season has to offer. A sampling of our dishes includes Blueberry Stuffed French Toast, Scrambled Eggs with Veggie Hash, Stewed Tomatoes with Poached Eggs, and Savory Frittatas in countless combinations.
