Event Coordination & Officiating Services
Over the last decade our hostess, Meghan, has helped people to create personalized ceremonies for weddings, birth blessings, coming of age, graduations, house warmings, women’s circles, retirements, and funerals. Holding space for these special occasions is a great joy in her life. Meghan will work with you to craft a special ceremony that celebrates and honors your love, your commitment, and your future together. She is open to all people, beliefs, and traditions, and ordained by the Universal Life Church to legally officiate your union in marriage. Meghan's services are only available to couples staying at our venue.
Officiating Service: $300
Meghan and team also offer their services as a day-of-coordinator to ensure your wedding day flows smoothly, regardless of any unexpected surprises. They will be available from breakfast to bonfire (with a few breaks of course) ready to direct, meet, and navigate the details of the day, so you get to fully relax and enjoy the precious moments with your loved ones.
As your coordinator, prior to the big day, Meghan will meet with you several times to advise you in your own planning process as you establish your plans, vision, timeline, decor, and vendors. She will offer guidance and answer questions about area vendors and give you honest feedback about their services. Based on these meetings, she’ll review your rentals lists and purchases to ensure you have everything you'll need and then upon delivery checks to make sure everything arrives and is set up as it is intended to be by your hired vendors. Meghan and her team will take care of day of vendor coordination and assists with your décor and table-scape setup. They will fluff your train, have tissues on hand, pin on boutonnieres, and help with the nerves that seem to rise for many. You are also welcome to use any officiant, planner or coordinator of your choosing.
Event Coordination Pricing: $1,000-$2,500 (Dependent on size and complexity of your big day)
