Location Options

The Backyard

The back lawn of the inn is ideal for your ceremony or event tent for groups under 50 with views overlooking the meadows and mountains, yet close to the inn, gardens, & parking. A fire pit is also available next to our maple sugar shack.

Main Garden

Our quarter acre garden with gazebo is the perfect place for small parties to mingle. Ideal for a cocktail hour, wandering while you take a break from getting down on the dance floor, and most especially for photos on your special day.

Wedding Knoll

Behind the inn we have mowed pathways through flowering meadows, leading to a clearing atop a knoll overlooking the pond with a great view of Sentinel Mountain. There is also a lilac grove for the bride to hide from view before making her big entrance!

Yurt & Pond

Just a 10-minute walk through flowering meadows, or a brief drive down a dirt road, we have a newly constructed yurt next to a gorgeous pond. This is available for an additional charge for rehearsal dinners or small ceremonies. We also have a fire pit right by the waters edge.

Polo Field

Our former polo field is still maintained to offer an expansive 360° views of the High Peaks. This is a stunning location for both a ceremony and reception, or rehearsal dinner. Parties with over 50 people must hold their reception on the polo field.

High Peaks

We are conveniently located near the base of many mountaintop trails. You can have your special ceremony at the High Peaks and we are happy to host your reception party at the Inn afterwards!

Micro Weddings

Our micro wedding are designed for groups of 20 guests or fewer and includes the same breathtaking mountain views and outdoor locations as our full weddings. We have room for all your guests to stay onsite to relax and celebrate all weekend.

Keep it simple or go all out, either way we’ll help help you bring it to life in collaboration with other Adirondack wedding professionals.

Event Coordination

We require that weddings over 20 people have a designated event coordinator and we highly recommend a planner for large weddings, unless you have the time and desire to do that legwork yourselves. You are welcome to use officiants, planners and coordinators of your choice, but if you need assistance, our hostess Meghan Kirkpatrick offers her services as both an experienced officiant and a event coordinator to ensure your event runs seamlessly and to keep your planning process streamlined.

Meghan’s Pricing:

  • Full event coordination: $1,000-$2,500 (depending on size and complexity of event)

  • Officiating service: $300
